Equipment needed: There are a couple of pieces of equipment that are required for you to have in order to maximize your results. Yes you can do it with other tools but these are the best. For men you want 3 sets of dumbbells ranging from 5-50 lbs, women range from 5- 25 lbs. You will need a bench OR a stability ball. (I even used a coffee table or a cooler when I tried the On Demand workouts) You will also need the ability to be able to do pull-ups whether its with your pull up bar or a band with the door attachment or band wrapped around something tall.
