Meal Prep | Egg White Cups

1 Carton of Egg Whites
Baby Spinach
chopped onion
chopped broccoli
chopped feta cheese
shredded american cheese
chopped Turkey Bacon
chopped red pepper
chopped mushroom


  1. PreHeat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Choose ingredients you prefer to use and mix them all up in a bowl with egg whites.
  3. Spray pan
  4. Add chopped ingredients into each cups
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes
  6. Let cool. Once cool, place them into a ziplock bag with no air to keep them fresh all week.

When ready to eat, pop in the microwave for 45 seconds and you are ready to go.
