I really questions sharing these. And I’m not sure why…. I know progress is progress no matter how small! I am incredibly thankful for this progress I pushed on myself! 3 week commitment to getting myself back on track from being a lazy bum.
It’s nothing crazy.
In fact I’ve seen better!
Like I’ve seen AMAZING!!!
But the truth is, I feel amazing!
3 Weeks ago i decided enough was enough! I haven’t fully committed to a program from beginning to end in about 5 months. I would start and then steer off of it because life got crazy. And after thanksgiving, I was starting to feel uphappy with myself again. I know… I know. I lost 55 lbs before, i am NO WHERE NEAR where i used to be, why am i so unhappy???
Because i let myself go.
I had over eaten a ton of food in the months prior, not realizing how much i actually let myself go. I didn’t step on a scale in months, i wasn’t wearing jeans ever so i wasn’t able to measure progress. But then i finally did it, and stepped on the scale. 10+ lbs gained! Thats when i knew i HAD to recommit to this and I had to do it front start to finish and make it 100% perfect with no mistakes.
EHHHHH….. that didn’t happen 100%…. It’s the FREAKIN HOLIDAYS!!!! We have had a couple Christmas parties to attend. I ate pasta, chocolate, tacos, pizza, meatballs and loads more that most people believe you ‘shouldn’t eat’ to lose weight or are ‘frowned upon’! (Those people also see a diet as carrots and celery, YUCK!!!!!!)
But believe it or not, ALL of that was allowed on the 3 Week Portion control plan i committed too! I was allowed to have the pasta. No, I was not allowed to eat the whole box, but it was enough to make me full and satisfied my pasta craving. Chocolate? That too. No, it wasn’t a 5 lb hersey bar, but it was enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. Pizza? YUP, ate that too! And it was allowed. No, not the whole pie, but enough to satisfy my love for pizza.
Every month i host a 3 week online portion control challenge. My biggest push in the group is not nutrition focused and not workout focused… it’s LIVE YOUR LIFE focused. Making sure everyone understands that this is a lifestyle journey and not just a 3 week plan. It’s knowing you can enjoy your favorite foods in moderation and still have a treat once a week. Because HOW FREAKIN BORING would it be to have to be on a strict plan and hate your life the entire step of the way… THAT WOULD SUCK!!!!!!!
It’s okay to LIVE, as long as you’re always moving forward and never letting it stop you.

It’s way more confidence GAINED back.
So while 8.2 lbs might not be a crazy amount to some people for a 3 week transformation and I’m not rocking a 6 pack like people expect and you’re thinking ‘that’s it?! Efff that plan! I’m out!’ — Then see ya later, because that’s not what this is about at all. It wasn’t a race to see who loses the most in 3 weeks. It’s about feeling better and STARTING the JOURNEY to living a better healthier life!
This is 3 week transformation was FORWARD for me! The 3 week plan is designed to be done over and over again if you wish! I can’t wait to keep going during 2016 and continue to help so many people commit to this 3 week START to a journey that will last them FOREVER. There is no better feeling!
