Banana Oatmeal Waffles

I am a MAJOR breakfast food junkie! Waffles, French Toast, Pancakes, Eggs, you name it, I love it! So when i stumbled on this recipe from a friend i was hesitant at first because nothing compares to the amazingness of REAL BUTTERMILK waffles. But i gave it a shot. And they were INCREDIBLE!!!! Even my waffle loving freak of a son loved them! (NO JOKE – kid asks for waffles at every single meal!)

Ingredients:
1 cup of Oats
1 small banana
2 cups of water (or Almond Milk – add a yellow)
1 tsp Vanilla
sprinkle of baking powder

Directions:
1. Heat up your waffle maker
2. Blend All ingredients in a blender or a food processor
3. Once blended, let it sit for a couple minutes
4. Pour mixture into the waffle maker until golden
5. ENJOY!
