It’s time to STOP wasting time guessing and figuring out what you have to do to lose weight. It’s time to STOP wasting your time figuring how why you are not making any progress. Our 3 week program is based on LIFESTYLE CHANGES. You will learn how to eat proper foods, you will learn simple easy to follow workouts that actually fit in your day and will take you 30 minutes, and you will be connected to an online support group of over 500 people ready to help support you and encourage you on your journey.
I am opening up registration for that support group to a couple of NEW people who are ready to COMMITT to the 3 weeks with me. It will be three weeks of commitment to a fool proof eating plan that is based around portion control and 30 minute home workouts. I feel it’s so important for me to pass this along to others because of the impact it had on not only MY life but over 700 challengers in the past year who have done this with me. I want others to know that they can do this too.
How cute are these little rainbow boxes i have in that picture? Unfortunately they aren’t meant for sitting on a shelf or on your kitchen counter to look cute. They are meant to help you portion out your foods daily! They will tell you exactly how much to eat each day! As you can see by the picture, each color is a certain kind of food. And how many of each container you get, will depend on what bracket you fall into on this plan. Those are MY numbers for my bracket.
For example… I have ALL DAY to fill up the Red container of proteins and eat them. And it doesn’t matter WHEN i do or what meal i do. So i am NOT counting calories or weighing my food. I tried the tracking my foods and counting calories and it drove me more crazy and it made me feel like i was being held back from so much. Plus, IT’S STRESSFUL!
