Skinny Buffalo Chicken Dip

This recipe has been a HUGE hit on Sundays when my husband and his friends are watching football!! shhhh… they don’t know it’s the healthy version! Ingredients: 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded 8oz neufchatel cream cheese 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt 2 tbsp Franks Red Hot Sauce (or some extra for even more spice!) 2 tbsp ranch dip seasoning Directions: 1. 2017 Word of the Year

It’s the last day of 2016! A full year has passed! I flew by so fast! BBQ Chicken Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients: 2 whole wheat flatbreads (or 6½-inch whole wheat pitas) ½ cup barbecue sauce, reduced-sugar 1½ cups shredded cooked chicken breast ½ cup canned black beans, drained, rinsed ½ cup corn kernels ½ medium red onion, chopped ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese ¼ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice Instructions: Preheat oven to 350º F.
